A typical day's nutrition. Breakfast is mostly a combination of fast and slow acting sugars (raisins/banana and oats) together with whey shake. Meal 2 is mostly composed of protein and fiber-rich veggies. Meal 3 is a high protein rich omelette with some whole wheat bread. Meal 4 (pre-workout) is again a combination of slow and fast acting carbs, together with whey protein. Meals 5 and 6 are taken post-workout as protein shake and solid meal (45min after workout). Meal 7 is nighttime snack, usually cottage cheese with strawberries.
